Our Spa Policies

To ensure that you get your preferred times, we at Affinity Day Spa & Salon recommend that you make reservations in advance.

For a spa package, you should book several days in advance. You will need a major credit card to schedule any spa services.


The Spa does require a credit card on file to book any spa services.

This card does not have to be used at the time of service. Please read our no-show/cancellation policies.


Also, in order to ensure you are relaxed throughout your services, and as a courtesy to other guests,

please turn your cell phones into silent mode or set them to vibrate.

Lock Up Your Belongings

You are provided a locker to store your things in. We are not responsible for lost items or items left behind in robes, rooms and lockers. Therefore, please do not take valuables with you, but in case you do, please keep all jewelry and other items in a safe place. We do not want you to lose your precious belongings.

Gratuity Policy

Gratuities are accepted in cash or check only and are based upon your satisfaction. They are not required of you.

Gratuities may be given to the front desk attendant to pass on to the technician or therapist.

Credit Card, Cancellation and Late Policy

Appointments for Spa Service(s), Spa Package(s) and some Salon Service(s) require a major credit card to be on file.

Failure to cancel service(s) 24 hours in advance will result in a charge of 50% of the service fee.

We understand certain situations and events can prevent you from your scheduled appointment. We try to be reasonable.

Therefore, within reason, a cancellation Fee after 24 hours will not occur only if we are able to fill the time slot you were originally booked. This is because we have to make up for lost business from you and from potential clients.


For leisurely enjoyment of your full treatment, please arrive at least 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled time.


Late appointments will be considered a "no-show" appointment if client is over 5-10 minutes late from the start of the appointment time. This time can vary based on the duration of the appointments scheduled.  Every appointment is up to the individual service provider's discretion. A phone call is very much appreciated if you are running behind.
